Dear Parents, Volunteers, Managers, Coaches, Sponsors and Associated Committees
It is that time of the year to exercise your right to vote at the newly formed Heyford Park Football Club Inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM). The club invites all Parents, Volunteers, Managers, Coaches, Sponsors and Associated Committees to the meeting.
The formal purpose of the AGM is to report on the financial position of the Club and conduct the annual process of appointing the Committee and amending the Club Rules as required. The current club structure and officers are shown here. If you would like to stand as a member of the Committee of Officers you should contact the Club Secretary Pam Cameron firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm on Friday 23 August. Nominations for all roles listed in the Agenda are also requested.
The names of acting members standing for election, along with any new nominees will be posted on the club website before the meeting. If you wish to propose any resolutions under the terms of the constitution, please also let Pam know.
The meeting will update everyone on the club short and long term plans developed over recent months and our progress in delivery. We continue to seek volunteers who have suitable skills to carry out the roles with vacancies, and so if you think you may want to help in any way and have questions please contact Acting-Chair Eddie Duggan email@example.com or refer to the roles and responsibilities here
The AGM will be held in an informal atmosphere, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and express your views, so please make every effort to attend.
