We are really pleased with the continual growth and success of our Rising Stars start up sessions. From a start point two years ago with three children coming to our first session, we have grown to over 30 children who regularly attend the sessions. Recently we split out the age groups to establish how many we had for the next U7’s team, to our pleasant surprise we have 18 players! As a result, we need one more coach so we can enter two teams in the league for the new season.
The club is about providing kids the opportunity to play and enjoy football, the coaches and assistants all give up their own time to facilitate this which we are hugely thankful for, however there are also three young unsung heroes who we feel deserve recognition for their commitment, dedication, and the support they provide week in week out with our Rising Stars. They share a love for football and enjoy giving something back, thank you Kian, Jack and Xander!
